Sam received his General Business - Accounting Diploma from Niagara College in 1973. He received the designation of Certified General Accountant in 1982 and has been in public accounting with Crawford, Smith and Swallow since 1975. Sam has over thirty years of hands-on experience in all areas of accounting, auditing, and taxation. Actively involved in the local community, he is involved in a number of local minor league sports. Sam currently resides in Thorold with his wife and two sons.
